In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "rp7689", "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the internationally licensed entity operating the rp7689 online betting and casino platform accessible at https://rp7689.cam.
• "Member", "you", or "your" means any individual who has successfully registered an account on the rp7689 Platform and is subject to these Terms.
• "Account" means the individual registered user account created by a Member on rp7689.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in a Member's Account at any given time, excluding bonus funds unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Each individual may hold a maximum of one (1) Account on rp7689. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — constitutes a violation of these Terms and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.

When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, active mobile number, and a valid email address. You agree to update this information promptly should any detail change.

rp7689 may, at our sole discretion, decline any registration application without providing a reason. Acceptance of a registration does not constitute a waiver of our right to conduct subsequent KYC verification or to close an Account found to be in breach of these Terms.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account credentials (username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes). rp7689 will not be held responsible for any losses sustained as a result of unauthorized access to your Account arising from your own negligence or failure to secure your login information.

In compliance with applicable anti-money-laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) obligations, rp7689 requires all Members to complete identity verification before any withdrawal request is processed. Verification may also be required at any other point at our discretion.

The standard KYC documentation required includes, but is not limited to:

• Proof of Identity: A clear, full-color scan or photograph of your Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP) — both sides — or a valid Indonesian passport (photo page).
• Proof of Address: A recent bank statement, utility bill, or official correspondence dated within the past three (3) months, showing your name and current residential address in Indonesia.
• Selfie Verification: A photograph of you holding your KTP alongside a handwritten note bearing the current date and the text "rp7689".
• Source of Funds: Where required by our AML team, documentation evidencing the legitimate origin of funds deposited on the Platform.

All deposits on rp7689 are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). rp7689 does not charge any processing fee for deposits made through supported payment channels; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own fees independently of rp7689.

Accepted deposit methods are as follows:

Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. rp7689 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Any deposit received from an account not registered to the Member will be reversed and the originating Account may be suspended pending investigation.

rp7689 reserves the right to impose maximum deposit limits on any Account at any time, including as part of responsible gaming controls or fraud prevention measures. Deposit limits requested by Members for responsible gaming purposes take effect immediately and may not be increased for a minimum of seven (7) days from the date of the limit reduction request.

Members may request withdrawal of real-money Account balances at any time, subject to completion of KYC verification and compliance with these Terms. Withdrawals are processed exclusively to Indonesian bank accounts or e-wallets registered in the Member's own name.

rp7689 reserves the right to carry out additional security checks on any withdrawal request, which may temporarily extend processing times beyond the averages stated above. Members will be notified promptly if additional verification is required in connection with their withdrawal request.

Withdrawal requests submitted while an active bonus is credited to the Account may only be processed after the applicable Wagering Requirement for that bonus has been met in full. If a Member requests a withdrawal before meeting the Wagering Requirement, any outstanding Bonus Funds and bonus-derived winnings will be forfeited and the real-money balance will be released for withdrawal.

All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless the specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Each bonus is available once per Member, per household, per device, and per IP address unless explicitly stated as a repeating offer.
• Bonuses may only be claimed in the currency of IDR and credited to the Account's Bonus Funds balance.
• A Wagering Requirement of between 5x and 30x (bonus amount or bonus plus deposit amount, as specified per offer) must be completed before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The exact Wagering Requirement applicable to each promotion is displayed on that promotion's dedicated page.
• Not all games contribute equally toward the Wagering Requirement. Unless specified otherwise: slot games contribute 100%, live casino table games contribute 10–20%, sports bets contribute 100% of settled net stakes, and togel (lottery) bets contribute 50%.

• Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or manipulate bonus terms — including through multi-accounting, arbitrage betting, or collusion — will result in forfeiture of all bonuses and associated winnings, and may result in permanent Account closure.

All bets placed on rp7689 — including football (BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League), bandar bola (Indonesia's local football betting market), mix parlay (accumulator) bets, live casino wagers, togel draws, and sabung ayam (traditional cockfighting) markets — are governed by the following general rules and the specific rules applicable to each product category as published on the Platform.

• A bet is deemed accepted only when it appears as "Confirmed" in the Member's bet history. Bets not confirmed due to technical errors, odds changes, or market suspension are not valid.
• rp7689 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were published due to a manifest error, system error, or data feed failure, regardless of whether the bet appears as confirmed. In such cases, the original stake will be returned to the Member's Account.
• Winnings on all sports markets are calculated based on the final confirmed result from the relevant governing body (e.g., FIFA, PSSI for Indonesian football, BWF for badminton). Disputed results are settled once the official result is confirmed.
• For live (in-play) betting markets, bets are accepted at the odds available at the moment of placement confirmation. Delays in internet connectivity on the Member's side do not entitle the Member to the odds displayed at the moment of clicking "Place Bet" if those odds have changed by the time the server receives and processes the request.
• Maximum winnings per single bet event are capped as follows: sports markets Rp 500.000.000; live casino Rp 200.000.000; togel markets Rp 100.000.000; slot gacor jackpots as displayed per game. rp7689 reserves the right to adjust these caps for individual Members based on their betting history.
• rp7689 does not accept bets from Members who have knowledge of the outcome of an event (insider information). Any bet placed with insider knowledge will be voided and the Member's Account will be reported to the relevant authorities.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on rp7689. Engaging in any of the actions listed below will result in immediate suspension or permanent closure of the Member's Account, forfeiture of all balances, and may result in referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one Account on the Platform (multi-accounting), whether under the same identity or a false identity.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any technology designed to place bets without direct human interaction.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any arrangement with a third party to influence the outcome of a sporting event.
• Colluding with other Members in any card game, poker variant, or any game where collusion creates an unfair advantage.
• Using the rp7689 platform to launder money or to conduct any transaction that constitutes or facilitates money laundering or terrorist financing.
• Exploiting system errors, software glitches, or incorrectly priced markets to gain an unfair financial advantage. Any winnings generated from such exploitation are void.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Accessing the Platform via VPN, proxy, or other IP-masking technology in order to circumvent geographic restrictions or security controls.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing any rp7689 customer support agent or other Member.

All content on the rp7689 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphical elements, software, text, game interfaces, odds data, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of rp7689 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the rp7689 Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include any right to:

• Reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any rp7689 content without prior written consent.
• Modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the rp7689 software or platform.
• Use rp7689 branding, trade marks, or game content in any commercial context.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Platform.

Any unauthorized use of rp7689 intellectual property will result in immediate Account termination and may give rise to civil and criminal liability.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, rp7689, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable to any Member for any of the following:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings, whether direct or indirect.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with the Member's use of the Platform.
• Losses arising from system downtime, maintenance periods, internet disruptions, Force Majeure events, or third-party payment processing delays.
• Losses arising from the Member's own failure to secure their Account credentials or from unauthorized access to their Account by a third party.
• Losses arising from technical errors in odds or game results that have been subsequently corrected by rp7689 in accordance with these Terms.

In any event, rp7689's total aggregate liability to any Member for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member to their rp7689 Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit rp7689's liability for fraud, gross negligence, willful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

rp7689 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing all Members with tools to manage their gaming activity. The following player-protection measures are available at no cost to all Members at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Reductions take effect immediately; increases require a minimum seven (7) day cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Configure automatic session end times to control the duration of each play session.
• Reality Checks: Enable periodic on-screen notifications showing your cumulative session time and net win/loss position.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which rp7689 holds its international gaming license. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the laws of the Republic of Indonesia as they apply to online gambling, rp7689 will comply with its obligations under its international license while respecting Member rights to the extent practicable.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including their formation, validity, breach, or termination — shall be submitted to binding arbitration administered under internationally recognized arbitration rules. The language of arbitration proceedings shall be English. The arbitral award shall be final and binding on both parties.

Nothing in this clause prevents rp7689 from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent fraudulent activity.
